The AJ models of the G40 and G50 pumps feature a pin-type universal drive.

Material: Standard or stainless steel pumps are available, tailored to individual customer requirements. Stainless steel is typically 1C-18Ni9Ti, with 1C-18Ni12Mo2Ti or other materials available upon request. The stator rubber is typically nitrile rubber, but EPDM, food-grade rubber, polyurethane rubber, and fluororubber are also available.

Working Principle of the G-Type Feed Screw Pump for Filter Presses

A single-screw pump is an internally meshing rotary positive displacement pump. As the single-thread rotor rotates planetarily around the stator axis within the double-thread stator bore, the enclosed chamber formed between the rotor and stator pairs continuously, uniformly, and with constant volume, transports the medium from the suction end to the discharge end.

Due to these characteristics, single-screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following working conditions:

Transporting high-viscosity media. The viscosity of the media ranges from 20,000 MPa.s to 200,000 MPa.s, depending on the size of the pump.

Media containing solid particles or fibers. Particle size can be as large as 16 mm (not exceeding rotor eccentricity), and fiber length can be up to 100 mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch). The solids content is generally up to 40%. When the solids content in the medium is fine powder, it can reach 60% or higher.

Continuous delivery and stable pressure are required, without the periodic pressure fluctuations of reciprocating pumps.

The conveying medium temperature should be -10°C to 80°C (up to 150°C for special pumps).

The conveying process should be minimally agitated and not disrupt the inherent structure of the conveyed medium.

The conveying process should also be low noise.

Notes on Screw Pump Selection for Filter Presses

1. Select a pump with different speeds and specifications based on the viscosity and abrasiveness of the medium, as well as the required flow rate and pressure, to ensure reliable operation. Please refer to the selection guide. For media with particularly high abrasiveness and viscosity, our GN-type single screw pump, designed specifically for high-viscosity conveying, can be selected.

2. If the user requires a reversible pump, this should be specifically stated when ordering so that the manufacturer can fully consider this requirement and take necessary measures to meet it.

3. If a different power unit or backup system is required, these must also be specified in the order.

4. When ordering, please provide detailed information on the physical and chemical properties of the conveying medium and the system requirements. Please note this.
